Golden Visa Bulgaria – IMC 2025 Event

Advocate Markov, serving as the IMC Field Officer for Bulgaria, will be attending the 10th Anniversary Investment Migration Council (IMC) Event in Dubai, scheduled from May 5th to 9th, along with his team.

This globally recognized event gathers top-tier professionals from across the investment migration field and offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand insights into current trends, policy updates, and key developments in the industry—including the EU moving closer to implementing a visa-free ban on countries offering Citizenship by Investment programs.

During the event, Advocate Markov will present the first Bulgaria Golden Visa Fund, which is regulated by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission. He will also deliver an in-depth overview of the Bulgaria Golden Visa program, covering its pre-approval process, investment structure, regulatory framework, and overall benefits for investors.

The Bulgaria Golden Visa is a permanent residency by investment program that grants residency rights to the main applicant and their family members. It offers notable flexibility—no physical stay requirements and no need for frequent renewals of residency cards. After maintaining permanent residency for five full years, applicants become eligible to apply for Bulgarian citizenship by naturalization.
